We are based in Nashville, Tennessee.
When will I or my recipient receive our fussbox?
Our fussboxes take three to five days to process and ship out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact date for delivery. If you need it there by a certain date, just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll see what we can do.
How big are the fussboxes?
Our fussboxes are 10x10x4”.
Can I include a personal message?
Absolutely! Each fussbox comes with a handwritten personal note. You let us know your message, and we include it for you.
What if I don't see a box that fits the occasion I need to gift?
No worries! We are adding more themed boxes soon. In the meantime, please contact us at email@example.com and we are happy to see about putting one together for you.
Can I customize or build my own fussbox?

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If you receive your fussbox and anything is damaged we are happy to replace it. Please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving it.
